| In vivo study | In in vivo experiments, the antitumor activity of BMS-247550 was better than that of paclitaxel in both paclitaxel-resistant and paclitaxel-sensitive tumors. In the study, BMS-247550 was more effective than paclitaxel in all five paclitaxel-resistant tumors. For three paclitaxel-sensitive human tumor xenograft models, BMS-247550 was as effective as paclitaxel. |
